Comms Upgrade — Project Completed, Invoice Pending
The Unified Communications Upgrade project is complete. All 850 endpoints migrated, user acceptance testing passed. We apologise for the delay in issuing the final invoice. Invoice for SGD 2,100,000 (USD 1,554,000) will be raised by 27 June 2026.

Network Refresh — SAP Order Pending (Action Required)
We have not yet been able to raise the SAP purchase order for the SGD 8.5M network refresh component. This is currently blocking delivery. The order requires internal NTT approval at VP level. We are escalating internally and expect resolution by 27 June 2026. We will update you immediately once the order is confirmed.

Data Center Phase 1 — Infrastructure Delay
The initial rack installation for Phase 1 has encountered a 2-week delay due to customs clearance of hardware from Japan. New milestone target: 15 July 2026. We are actively working with procurement to expedite remaining shipments and have pre-staged all software components to avoid further slippage.

Digital Transformation Advisory — Q1 Progress
We have completed the Discovery and Assessment phase covering 6 business units. Key findings: 3 high-priority automation opportunities identified (estimated USD 2.3M annual saving). Workshop sessions scheduled for week of 7 July. Full report to be delivered 31 July 2026.
